How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot password?” and enter your email. The reset link arrives within a few minutes — check your spam folder too.
My teammate didn’t get the invitation email.
Ask them to check spam first, then press Resend on the Team page. For security, the joining link is only ever sent to their own email.
What’s the difference between markup and margin?
Markup is added on top of your cost. Margin is the share of the selling price that is profit. A 25% markup on RM1,000 gives RM1,250 — a 20% margin.
Can I show SST on my quotes and invoices?
Yes, on the Business and Business Pro plans. Turn it on in Quote settings for your company and add your SST registration number.
How do I change my plan?
Plan changes are handled by our team for now. Send us a message with the topic “Plans & billing” and we’ll set it up. Entrepreneur is owner only; Business adds 1 employee; Business Pro adds up to 5 and multiple companies.
